OXNARD, CA –Association Reserves, Inc., the Nation’s leading provider of Reserve Studies for Association-governed communities, announced its opening of their Gold Coast office in Oxnard, CA on April 1. Association Reserves- Gold Coast will represent the company’s sixth office in the state of California. This local office was launched to better accommodate the needs of clients in the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties.
Chad McCloskey, who joined Association Reserves in June of 2014, serves as the new company’s President. McCloskey’s professional background includes over 15 years of financial consulting and strategic planning with clients spanning numerous industries. As a Reserve Study professional, Chad has traveled nationally to serve residential and business clients ranging from modern, luxury high-rises to homeowners’ associations representing thousands of homes to specialty properties such as places of worship and concert venues.
A resident of Ventura County, McCloskey participates in the Channel Islands chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a trade organization for Boadmembers and Managers. He also serves actively on two charitable organizations, James Storehouse and Raising Hope, which work to address the immense needs of foster children and their families in the Ventura County area.
McCloskey is excited about his partnership with Association Reserves and the launch of his new company. According to Association Reserves Founder/CEO, Robert Nordlund, “Our new Gold Coast office allows us to lower our costs and bring greater service and expertise throughout a key California region. Chad is a tremendous asset to our organization and the result will be more community associations better prepared for their upcoming major repair and replacement projects.”
