2015 Healthy Aging Seminar – Your Plan, Your Future

Santa Barbara, Calif. – The City of Santa Barbara Parks & Recreation, DASH (Doctors Assisting Seniors at
Home), The Old Mission Santa Barbara, Union Bank “Our Gang” and Sansum Clinic present the 2015
Healthy Aging Seminar. The purpose of the Healthy Aging seminar is to equip you with the tools,
information and motivation to take charge of your health and well being. Join us for expert
presentations, valuable take-home materials and healthy refreshments. This event is open to the

About DASH – Doctors Assisting Seniors at Home
DASH (Doctors Assisting Seniors at Home) is a Medicare-supported pilot program that provides urgent
medical care at home for seniors in Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito and Summerland from 7 a.m. to 7
p.m., seven days a week, 365 days a year. More than 1500 local area seniors aged 60 and above have
