With the growing popularity of mobile app taxi services, The Towbes Group forged a partnership with Uber, which recently received a $51 billion valuation. Uber will offer new users who are Towbes residents a $25 credit and grant a special low rate flat fares for transportation between their Goleta communities and downtown Santa Barbara.

Understanding that saving money is important for every household, The Towbes Group has partnered with Santa Barbara Axxess and Ventura Axxess, a local directory of over 500 merchants featuring exclusive discounts on dining out, golf, wine tasting, home services, health, car, and children’s activities. Every new Towbes resident in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Ventura receive a free annual membership to Axxess, and with the Axxess mobile app, residents can take advantage of local discounts wherever they are via their cell phone.

The Towbes Group takes great pride in managing and maintaining the properties in their portfolio of approximately 2,400 residential units. A key distinction is the prompt response to residents’ needs which are addressed quickly and effectively. A new program has been created for all comment cards used to either rate a service request or new move. Now the feedback is electronic and features a QR code to ensure a resident can provide their feedback effortlessly to the team at The Towbes Group who create customer service reports and grades each month from all of the data received.
