Bill is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and for sixteen years, mentored international students beginning their culinary careers. Bill comes to CAC with over thirty years of professional experience in culinary food production, catering, business management, and food service management, specializing in child and senior care nutrition, Kindergarten through 12th grade private school nutrition, contract food services, campus dining services, culinary program instruction, and health care nutrition services.
“Bill brings a wealth of experience in food service management and nutrition,” Forman said. “He’ll play a key role in providing freshly prepared, healthy meals to low-income children and seniors throughout Santa Barbara County.”
“I am excited to join CAC. I have a passion to help those in need and want to provide the best quality food for those we serve, I want to continue to improve and expand our nutrition program to ensure all Santa Barbara County residents in need are provided with healthy foods to live healthier and happier lives,” Bill said.
