Los Olivos, CA - Join Fess Parker Winery & Vineyard and local celebrity chef, Chef Pink, for Pork and Pinot, a special dinner in celebration of the harvest 2016. The event will take place at Fess Parker Winery on October 22 at 6:30pm. The intimate, family-style meal will include organic, pasture raised pork prepared by Chef Pink, paired with Fess Parker pinot noir and served on the winery’s private terrace surrounded by organic gardens.
Chef Pink is a Santa Ynez Valley local with a national following thanks to appearances on Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen” and Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue.” She most recently opened famed locavore restaurant Bacon & Brine in Solvang specializing in farm to table recipes that include pork and fermented foods, prepared in-house by Pink’s partner, Courtney Rae.
“Pork and Pinot is special evening honoring the winemaking team and Mother Nature,” says winery President, Tim Snider. “Join us as we raise a glass of Fesstivity sparkling wine and toast a successful harvest!”
