In light of the impacts of the Thomas Fire, the City of Santa Barbara Planning Commission hearing scheduled for December 14 to review proposed amendments to the Santa Barbara Municipal Code to establish development regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) has been postponed until Thursday, January 11, 2018. The staff report, including the revised draft ADU Ordinance and other attachments, is still available for review on the City’s ADU website at www.santabarbaraca.gov/ADU and on the Planning Commission website at www.santabarbaraca.gov/gov/brdcomm/nz/planning/agendas.asp.
Written public comment on the draft ADU Ordinance will continue to be accepted. Mail correspondence to PC Secretary, P.O.
