Easy Lift office suffers severe damages due to last week’s storm

Last week’s string of storms severely impacted the Easy Lift office with Friday’s causing the most damage. By 12pm the office was deemed unsafe after incurring 5 inches of rain.
The call center was closed for reservations from 11am Friday to 7am Sunday morning with emergency calls being taken offsite. All the while, operations continued to run as per usual picking up and delivering passengers to their appointments.
As a result to the flooding, the office building acquired damage to the infrastructure causing office staff to evacuate the building and move to a temporary office located at 1503 Cook Pl. Suite B, Goleta, CA 93117 effective February 27, 2017.
Many community members have asked how they can help. Currently any monetary support is greatly appreciated as storm damages have been estimated at $15,000.
Donations can be made online at http://www.easylift.org/donate/storm-damages/ or by mailing a check to: Easy Lift Transpiration 53 Cass Pl. Suite D Goleta, Ca 93117.
Easy Lift would like to thank the Santa Barbara Airport Administration Team & Maintenance Crew for helping make this transition as smooth as possible. In addition to our IT team, Tri-County Tech Solutions, for working alongside us through the flood and reconstructing a server in less than 4 days. To the greater community: Thank you for offering to help as soon as you heard of the news. Your support has kept us going for the last 40 years. Thank you!
