Can We Talk? A Public Forum on Civil Discourse

The Santa Barbara Public Library is co-hosting a forum on civil and meaningful public dialog with the League of Women Voters on Wednesday, February 15 at noon in the Faulkner Gallery. There will be tea and coffee and participants are welcome to bring their lunch.

The forum will feature Janet Wolf, Santa Barbara County Supervisor, and Lanny Ebenstein, political scientist, author, and educator. It will also include a presentation by representatives of the League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo who will be sharing their nationally acclaimed study on best practices in promoting “Civil Discourse” on public policy issues.
