Please join Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties in celebrating the Grand Opening of our brand new Veteran Center in Lompoc on April 25 at 11:00 a.m. The Veteran Center is located at Goodwill Workforce Services, 1009 N. H Street, Lompoc, CA 93436.
Goodwill Industries VSB is opening this Veteran Center to provide employment services to veterans and their families. Goodwill Industries obtained a grant from the Walmart Foundation to assist veterans in becoming self-sufficient by providing them with the employment tools necessary to become gainfully employed. Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties is one of just 10 Goodwills nationwide to be selected for this opportunity.
Our mission is to serve 500 veterans and provide them with employment preparation, work related training, job search, and supportive services to help them obtain and maintain employment. All services are at no cost to veterans and their family members.
