Police on Sunday, June 29, arrested 20-year-old Damien Nolasco after he allegedly attempted to rob three people for cigarettes and pointed a loaded nine-millimeter handgun at one of them. The three victims fought with Nolasco and took the gun away from him. They then held Nolasco down and called police to the site of the incident, 930 San Pascual St., at around 7:30 p.m. Nolasco reportedly escaped and ran away, but police eventually found him and took him into custody.

The victims should have put a bullet right between Nolasco's eyes. It would have been a clear cut case of self defense and that pond scum would never be able to do that again.
Now he'll be out of jail in a couple of days and back on the streets for more shananigans!

Wow, the death penalty & vigilante justice for a robbery...
I think there may be a place on the Supreme Court for you, "livingsb."

hmmm, just a robbery, eh?
Maybe the word should get out that pointing a gun at someone invites the favor returned. Only vigilante justice will get it through the thick skulls of thugs that using a gun invites deadly force in return.
Speaking of couragous Supreme Court decions, let's watch the stats in D.C. and see where crime goes. There will for sure be more shootings, hopefully a vast reduction in "pond scum" too.
