Naah, it was about the Fist Of Goodness fantasizing about protecting his community, except instead of falling thru a skylight and interrupting a dinner, he decide to trail a Black teenager until the kid panicked and then over-reacted about being followed, which resulted in his death - by the incompetent hand of the Fist Of Goodness .....

It is VERY unclear that domestic abuse was involved in the incident under review.... maybe a bit of temporary paranoia? Was there actually a restraining order that applied to this situation.....?

@loveflamenco is blaming the messenger ... but provides no context for her critique and mounts a personal attack on Paloma Rios. At the very least she should provide her account of the event if she was actually there.
And, as EastBeach suggests, contact the Independent for a follow up if the reporter was wrong.
Bad form, @loveflamenco, try again..... your bias is showing...

The decision by a perceived "authority" like OSD destroys the young girls' confidence in their teacher disproportionally, far beyond the tempest in a teapot caused by the altercation.
I have no dog in the Fiesta battles, but from what I know, this is an overreaction by OSD, not to mention Erica Del Campo who should be at the forefront of re-instating even a competitor from such unfair treatment.
