Yeah, because non-white kids would have called the proper authorities right away.--Hate to burst anyone's bubble, but dumb criminals aren't exclusive to just one race of people.

Don't you have to get a permit to work gas powered tools in the wilderness? There should be huge fines for anyone caught operating such tools without proper oversight or permissions, no matter how good the intentions may be. Luckily no one was killed or seriously injured. But the heartbreak of it all....

"edgier mountain biking culture" Hope he means bike parks intended for FR/DH and stunts. The last thing SB needs in the local hills is more surly, armored-clad groms, scattering people on the trails. Along with cactus and various plants, there are enough pricks out on the trails already.

Iraq backs OPEC plan to raise oil prices? Makes that 2 trillion dollar war even more of a lemon. We got a 2-fer, Iran gets Iraq for free and the country we "freed" gets to charge us more for oil. Good move. American standards have slipped over the years. Expecting and demanding SMART leadership is not "hating" on the US.
