The 154 is not a good road for trailering anything. the 101 is much more well suited for this type of activity.

If Montecito estate owners need extra water, they could always buy a water truck or 2 and truck it in. It's noisy but it works. you will need a commercial drivers license with a tank endorsement to drive it but money can hire a driver. some of the bigger tankers can carry 6000 gallons. I used a water truck on my ranch and it was a big help moving water around.

when I was Young, the upstairs was a youth recreation center with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, music and friends. It was free.
Downstairs was the snack bar and the beach equipment rentals and loan of volleyballs. It was the nicest thing for kids this town ever had.
