I heard the ex-mayor of Baltimore state on national news that Baltimore has a police oversight committee comprised of citizens with their own detectives specifically to investigate allegations of police misbehavior. We badly need that here, along with replacement of Sanchez and his top management team. Decertifying the police union is a nice dream, but won't happen unless the Feds step in and find corruption or other appropriate reasons.
