Word: interesting how the word "prostitute" has gone out of style and "unwilling human trafficking victim" is used instead.

Good to know that no one is speeding in traffic or violating pedestrians any more on the mean, hooker-infested streets of Santa Bruta.

Jarvis is factually challenged: the vote-only-by-mail ballot has seen an increase in voter participation; those numbers don't lie.

And the bilingual ballot hurts no one except people like Jarvis who are afraid of anyone but white voters voting.

With districts, Barney, indeed "we’ll have one man or woman in each neighborhood to whom folks can turn to help settle problems."

Or if that one council representative does not know what to do, or if he will not take the time and effort to help because he really runs a downtown restaurant instead as a full-time job.

With at-large elections, we have five other council members to ask for help.
