Dr. Conner has performed 5 spinal surgeries on me... two cervical fusions, and 3 lumbar laminectomies. I emphatically feel that I would not be walking today were it not for him. Insurance-wise, the lumbar surgeries were covered by my (very good) private insurance, and the neck surgeries were covered by Worker's Compensation... a greatly reduced payday. Not once did he hesitate.
I don't feel comfortable with Dr. Moelleken's assertion that "patient care would be undermined by assigning a spinal specialist such as himself to fix broken bones". I NEVER have gotten that attitude from Dr. Conner. In fact, when my grandson was seen by him in an emergency situation after a blow to his head resulted in a minor skull fracture, he was as caring and attentive as he had always been when I was his patient.

Am I the only one who questions the motivation of the attorneys involved in this action? What do they hope to gain... remuneration? notariety? I don't know 2 of the attorneys involved, but one of them has enough notariety already, I would think.
