Congratulations to Mr. Kuznia!
And JarJar, this isn't a seven-year old story, it's a story that's been going on for at least seven years, and will go on until Wendy finally tires of her vanity press and sells the SBNP to someone who has an interest in journalistic integrity.

Wow. I sit in stunned admiration of JarJar's industry. Twenty-eight comments on this story, and eleven of them are his. Of course, mentioning a Democratic politician to him is like waving the red flag in front of a bull.

@realitycheck: It's curious how my shopping experience at the Granada bookstore differed so greatly from yours. I find the young clerks (the so-called slackers) to be most pleasant and helpful. Perhaps if you are as pleasant in person as you are in these threads, the booksellers were only too glad to see your backside exiting from the store.

@ random_kook, you absolutely nailed it! I remember the outcry when the Independent dropped Tom Tomorrow for a couple of issues and carried cartoons by Mr. Cagle.

When I worked at the SB Superior Court (Traffic Dept.) we would get beligerant complaints from bicyclers who'd gotten ticketed for violations against the Vehicle Code (running stop signs or red lights, or riding on the wrong side of the road), people wailing about the amount of the fine. None of them had a clue about how dangerous their actions were. Your suggestion that bicyclers take a couple of classes and pass an exam is good. I might add that I'd like to see more tickets issued for both bicycle traffic violations AND for riding bicycles on the sidewalks.
