Okay, so maybe a couple of them were not biased, they were just plain uninformed because they were on vacation or what-not. Only a few of them were incapable of giving unbiased reviews, apparently.

A group of environmentalists have petitioned the federal government to list Great Whites as an endangered species. Perhaps they should petition Kayakers to be an endangered species as well.Unfortunately, as with virtually all of our problems, the powers that be will not do anything about it until someone gets hurt, and even then, the solutions will be lame.Legalize the hunting of great whites!

We can look forward to this man serving a few years and then being released back into the public. After all, homeless people are "worthless" so why should the Justice System care?

Kind of ironic....the old Bank of America building in Isla Vista that my parents' generation burned down way back when is now the Alcohol & Drug Treatment Center.
Perhaps not so ironic.

If we made it easier to build homes, wouldn't we have a lot fewer homeless people?
Trailer parks are a great example. With all of the rental stabilization laws on mobile homes put into effect the past 3 decades, it is it virtually impossible to operate a mobile home park at a profit. This has naturally led to a precipitous decline in operating mobile home parks....now, where are all those people going to live? Why, on church lawns of course.
Better to have lots of government regulations that make it impossible to build rather than more mobile home parks and fewer homeless people. We've all got to do our bit to fight global warming, and a little bit of homelessness is just a small sacrifice to make for the greater good.
