I just wanted to give a shoutout to Erick Hudson, who is mentioned in the article. After his own injury, he started teaching trigger point and myofascial release classes at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute along with John Harris. He also has a private therapy practice, Balance in Motion at BalanceInMotionSB.com here in Santa Barbara, and he is probably the best trigger point specialist in town along with John Harris. Absolutely amazing what he can do for your pain!

There is another option available if you have any outdoor space at all. Buy or build an outdoor enclosure! I used to have a dog kennel for my cats in the driveway. You can fashion a cat run with a plank of wood and some chicken wire that leads anywhere around the building or into your yard, or from your house into the kennel. Kitties can get outside, with the safety of being inside. It provides tons of entertainment for furry family members, and you can put the litter box outside too. And when you leave for a weekend, please don't leave your kitties by themselves because they DO get lonely. Go to http://SnoopysSB.com to get a cat sitter! ^-^
