Did I miss something? OR is Heather's BIG boo-boo now more important than the gun fight on lower De la Vina which happened this weekend? I have seen no mention of this important event in the Indy. Migrating from knives to guns - WOW...take note Santa Barbara..you could end up on the wrong side of a stray bullet.

The gravity of last week's shooting spree was the focal point of your writing and you had the sense to put dental floss and diapers aside. I loved college too. The topics of discussion in classrooms around the country have been of a nature which prevents a thinking person of any real belief of an American utopia...that started soon after GW took office.

I am curious as to why Dr. Leakey has aligned himself with someone like David Anderson who apparently has an opposing view of how habitats and animals in Africa are managed.
