I meant to say "3-5 minute lecture". There are some basics about pepper spray use. Also, even if unused, you should replace it after two years. There is also a proper way of disposing it.
As I say, if you buy it (any gun shop should have it) talk to the clerk about the basics.

Hey ladies, two words: "Pepper Spray" Just make sure you get the 3-5 lecture from the dealer about how to use it, it's effects, its shelf life, and of course never use it in anger.

As for schooling, I think one should start as early as possible. I favor prenatal education so the kid can get a jump on life.
