Just a quick response to Billy Taylor: yours is a viewpoint that certainly has some merit - in a perfect world. After ten years of working on this, there has yet to be proposed a viable alternative to the project. Environmental progress is rarely made without detractors who have some, but not a lot of, information.
All things being equal, we've got to give it a chance. Or else when you go surfing, Billy, just don't fall off!
