I am devastated to learn about some of the resource management decisions that America has made. Now, we have an oak ordinance, but the historic culling of Oaks for short-term gain harks back to the policies of dredging the Mississippi River for pearls, and America's obsession with material symbols of success, and brings me to the current use of Helium balloons. Lake Los Carneros parking lot last weekend was pretty excessive.
