Congress could pass a law that would restrict donations (ha ha).They could also pass laws limiting the length of election campaigns thereby decreasing the need for huge campaign funds.Constitutional amendment anyone?.

There should be no project without a southbound onramp off Cabrillo Blvd. It makes no sense to have south bound cars drive on Coast Village Road, making local traffic impossible. Only traffic engineers living elsewhere would ignore this need.

Several years ago my daughter took me to lunch at Water's famed restaurant. I had to argue with the waiter to have him replace my cracked plate. Because they had been told it was my birthday, we got stale cupcakes (mine had a candle) instead of the delicious desert that other diners enjoyed. It takes more than talk to make a good restaurant.
