90% of the reports in the police blotter involve alcohol. This is a town of drunken violence after dark. As usual the focus is on the easy low hanging fruit. Alcohol abuse is what's taking down our youth, so clean up your own house before you go attacking a very small minority. America is based on an individuals right to chose. As it says is the Bible, "let he who is without sin take the first toke."

RV's should be banned from "all" campgrounds. Their carbon foot print is huge and is the farthest thing from "camping."

Trial by fire. As everyone knows who lives in our hills and lost a home (s) over the past generations, to predict what will and will not burn is a total crap shoot. The bottom line is all the air attack, men on the ground, "fire proofing" of your home is basically all show. The fire goes where it wants, when it wants and burns what it wants, all fueled by weather conditions. To think that you can beat mother nature at her own game is naive. I hope this home is not put to the test and our vistas are not lined with glass and steel boxes. Home building codes here are ridiculous as it is, ask any of us who have tried to rebuild on property our families have owned for generations after a fire. Yep, we end up having to sell our property to some out of town developer who builds fire proof homes out of glass and steel for the famous. Reminds me of the "3 little pigs."

TEFKAA, thanks for the clarification. All this dispensary mumbo jumbo is so hypocritical. It's an indication of how lost our city officials have become. We will just have to wait for the money trail to unfold, it's always about "the money."

So answer me this, if your neighborhood was once zoned for only one story houses and the zoning was changed to allow two story houses, then changed back to one story, do the homeowners have to remove their second story or lose their house to the city?

'My name is Joshua Braun, and for those who don't know me, I was one of the founders of Hortipharm, and the executive director of the collective when it was raided."

Collective, Non Profit, executive director? This is what's listed on the Secretary of States site, humm.
