"Never drink water, m'boy, it rusts metal and fish fornicate in it."
What movie was this? I think WC Fields referred more than once to fish fornicating in water.

The 250-word limit on this for-print story didn't leave much room for detail, but I think I got it right. You can watch the February 19 meeting replayed on Channel 19 at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 23.

The photos accompanying this story were erroneously attributed to Martha Sadler. In fact, they were provided by an informal pool of volunteer photographers who were accompanying the candidate. Our apologies.

Taking its information straight from a press release, this story originally stated that the Montecito Board of Architectural Review approved the Miramar project in December. That is not accurate. The project came before the MBAR for conceptual review only, which according to board secretary Jason Moore means that no vote is taken; the boardmembers look at the concept and make comments. The comments at the December 17 meeting were mostly favorable.
