I went down to the City Council awhile back and haranged them about how they should try with all their might to get the citizens of Santa Barbara to oppose the management of the News-Press and support the beleaguered reporters, and Brian Barnwell actually DID speak out, again and again. Later on two of the Francisco and Giddens people came by my house with their stuff and actually admitted they were still subscribing to the paper. I said,"Hands that touch the News-Press will never touch mine." They were just clueless. Who's going to WAKE UP THE SHEEP?! Thanks for trying, Brian.
