Judge Hill is a great judge and a tremendous asset to this community. Unfortunately this trial was damaged by a loose lipped witness. The idea that jurors can really disregard testimony that they hear is a stretch. Dr. Lyons poisoned the trial and Corey Lyons is entitled to a fair trial. Unfortunately for the defendant, a mistrial is the best outcome he could have hoped for. There will be another trial. Hopefully the good doctor can control his emotions next time and Corey Lyons will be convicted.

"was allowed to examine Ransom’s wound, the boogied board, and fragments of a recovered shark tooth."
Somehow, describing the board as "boogied" seems appropriate . . .

OK so "brain damaged" is out.
Maybe call them idiots. But wait, that term means "mentally deficient person". So that is "bad" also. How about: addlehead, blockhead, bonehead, deadhead, dimwit, dodo, dope, dummy, dunderhead, nincompoop, ninny, nitwit, numbskull, stupidhead, thickhead, or twit? I guess those are all "bad" also.
OK so they must be good kids!

Yeah but . . . They resolved the issue with SYR, yet they continuously piss $$$ away to make some silly point. This has nothing do do with the rich getting better treatment. It has everything to do with their stupidity.Their behavior is a real head scratcher!

1/4 of California's oil comes from within. The remaining 75% is split evenly between Alaska and Canada/Mexico. 75% is "imported" into the state.
Also you should know that California alone uses more gasoline than any country in the world (except the US as a whole, of course). That means California's 20 billion gallon gasoline and diesel habit is greater than China's! (Or Russia's. Or India's. Or Brazil's. Or Germany's.)
The people of California speak: We want MORE oil!
I'll bet you are not part of this problem! Have you ever used oil, gas or plastic? If so you are a hypocrite. Stop buying the evil stuff, already
Right On CharlesB: Anybody can sit around and say no. It takes a lot of work and conviction to make something happen. Greenies: show me how to get to work in the morning (without relocating), how to keep large office buildings warm/cool, how to fuel an airplane (so I can go skiing!). Get off your butts and make something happen - you might even make a profit (OMG!) and get rich (double OMG!!)
