Where do you get off stating the MTD Driver was at fault? The police who have all the facts have not come to that conclusion.....geez

Very sad.... I was there and feel obligated to tell the readers that the victim was not crossing at the intersection, nor was he crossing in the "normally" designated crossing path.. He was at least 10 feet away from it, away from the intersection. The other 3 crossings at this intersection are marked for crossing, this one is not. I'm not trying to speak ill of the victim, but he unsafely crossed where he shouldn't have. I don't feel the Bus Driver is at fault. The MTD Drivers are professional and safe drivers in this city.
