Welcome to justice in the liberal village of Santa Barbara. The only place on the face of the earth on par with San Francisco for leniency. Between the liberal judges who rule by their feelings and not the law, liberal jurors that wear rose colored glasses, and now Assembly Bill (AB109) that rarely sends anyone to prison any longer. It's a great day folks to be a criminal in the once great state of California. What do you think the intent was of the defendant when there are 16 separate and distinct stab wounds?
