More and more people are opting to ride bikes...good news for all of us. Providing a safe path for those on bikes is critical to creating a bike-going culture. Kudos to Goleta!!!

Totally agree with Cris Sandoval - this is a wonderful community. Where do we send restoration fund donations to help out those cute little plovers?

Four of us rode up to SLO on the train a few years ago strictly to see the view. Unfortunately, the train windows were so dirty, we had a hard time seeing anything. Very disappointing. We were also pretty shocked at the amount of graffiti and trash we saw along the tracks as we pulled back into Santa Barbara. Hope improvements have been made.

This is a very common sense solution to an extremely serious issue. Thank you to the individuals who are working so hard to see that a fence is built along the entire cliff and kudos to all who support them!

Now that is exciting news! The working poor are the primary users of our neighborhood clinics and keeping them open is so important to those struggling to get ahead. A big shout out to Congresswoman Capps for all she does for our community!
