I just served on a different jury and was amazed at how witnesses and lawyers were able to skew the truth to try and influence the jury. In the end the emotion has to be left to the side and the jury will go based upon the evidence and what they believe is most likely true and proven by the facts. I'm on the outside of this looking in but I sure hope that the facts are enough to convict these guys because they attacked this man that was innocent and did nothing to them. Don't have to see the bloody photos to know that is the situation.

AZ2SB, I think that they are entirely different topics... hopefully this guy can stop doing this type of thing, that's a stretch of town I frequently walk down and I have a teenaged daughter that would feel pretty violated if someone took pictures up her skirt somehow. I'm curious how it is that he is able to get pics up people's skirts... I would notice if someone was walking by me with their hand all the way down like that.

Both she and the dog were killed. How do you know they were trying to cross the freeway? It doesn't make sense when there is the Milpas underpass right there where they could do it safely. More than likely her dog went out on the road and she went after it and tried to get it to come back safely but both got struck.

SB won't keep him in jail, he will make bail, his lawyer will have a list of mental problems to blame it on and he will be able to keep hurting people until he kills someone.

So true Bill! Thing is, the quote makes both the reporter AND the person quoted sound idiotic and immature. It's like a cheesy line from a B rated 80's action film.

I'm disappointed you would put this in your article: Yelling, “You picked the wrong motherf--ker to mess with!” It wouldn't let ME post the offensive word and required that I edit it like this so why would a "reporter" use it?
Also, "The man threw his flashlight at Dunlap, who then turned up a driveway and began to jump fences, the resident told police." Dunlap wasn't the one that turned up a driveway and began to jump fences....
The grammar issues wouldn't bother me so much had the quote not been used, that was pretty silly and not imperative to the story.

I agree, that would be the way to go, after having enjoyed taking photos of a gorgeous place. I hope his family can find some consolation in that.

Nice reporting! I look forward to your follow up story once the police finish their investigation and provide details. Hopefully that is sooner rather than later so his family can have some closure.

It should probably be white stucco with red tile and their logo as is, because that's Target... they don't need to be flashy here to get us to shop at the store, it will be packed for sure no matter what it looks like!! I hadn't realized that it was replacing the structures, been trying to figure out exactly where they were putting it. Where is GVAC going to relocate to??
