I think that making the joke about the victim to begin with is in poor taste and disgusting. I am happy that they got the guy and sad that the person who was hit broke her neck, amongst the rest of her injuries, and is still in the hospital. To find humor at her expense is baffling and there is nothing self-righteous about being bothered at someone that thinks her being a nun is funny!

It is unbelievable how much they say this costs to restripe part of a road. How does the cost make any sense?

Most cities don't put hospitals in residential neighborhoods because of these reasons. Cottage should buy up some of the nearby houses to sell to Doctors or something. They want have the monopoly on medical care and they do not care how it effects the neighborhood, they just want to make money.
