Questions:1) Would this change the setback requirements for existing homes and businesses? Or just new construction?2) What's the average number of cars owned by a household with 2 or more bedrooms in Santa Barbara (or better yet, the Upper State Street area)?
I am disturbed by the possibility of these changes. I'm just trying to get an idea of just how bad things would be if these changes go through.
KV -- Not everybody needs to share the automobile fetish for parking to be a problem. Adequate parking needs to be provided based on the average number of cars per household.

I guess cutting 5 days of school will make kids' education suffer, but it seems better to have 175 days of school with a larger staff and smaller classroom sizes than 180 days of school with fewer staff members and larger classrooms. That's why I voted for the first option.
