We were friends for 2 or 3 years. He would always try to get the best of me in a business deal but didn't really mean it. He would laugh and say it was worth a try. Always a gentleman. We played guitar together many times and yes, he was good. He was a very talented person without the ego that sometimes goes with that. He died of a heart attack. Rest in peace Kip,
