Sansum should be stopped as well as Cottage. Both of them are monopolies that are too large to care about each of their medical professionals ability and therefore scoot by with a much lower degree of excellence.

I love Mr. Jordan's comments! Whether you agree with them or not, this is how massive city plans were made when I moved to Santa Barbara 37 years ago. Certainly not Caltran's Way is the Highway. If Caltran's has ignored other congestion, Union Pacific Bridge and other other interchanges, then they aren't studying the complete project and more time has to be taken.

JohnLocke; I went to a shooting range about 30 years ago to get used to the idea of my boyfriend having a gun. The event shook me up completely for a few days. I agree. We must insist on personal responsibility and accountability. Unfortunately, some of us need law to enforce the requirement.

My mother had a live-in caregiver referred to me by her churchand didn't understand why I suggested embezzlement charges when I confronted her with unauthorized withdrawals from my mother's account. She was "protecting" the safety of mom's ATM card by keeping it in her wallet? Yikes! They are out there.
