Would you like any government employee to be unemployed until the rest of the country is doing well, keeping their homes and making a profit?

Beautiful story. And a remembrance of how lovely and loving mothers truly are. Thank you.

All are wrong? How about in addition? Yes, of course you can get longer licenses - as long as they are within the extent of your dog's rabies shot. SB Animal Services are not keen to your love of your dog. They picked up my now passed dog last year in the afternoon; tags were lost; although he was always registered; next morning when I went to pick him up they wanted to charge me for 2 days. And were preparing his description so he could be rescued!!

Of course it has to be renewed - and once they have your name and address plus your dogs name you must renew every year. So in six months they will have a lot of new names, renewal dollars and penalties now that you have signed in to the program.

The UC system was never free; it was reasonable until the fat cats got their way. How many well paid professionals - not within the government - do you know that didn't go to school?

What the good old boys have done is stripped the UC system of any integrity and made more than 100,000 workers wonder why they try so hard. How many signatures can we get to overthrow the upper echelon of UC crooks?

My memory is my sister doing it and me wondering why in the world she thought that would work?

I'm not sure how maximum sees a shortage of intelligence. To wildly insult someone because your opinions do not match is pure idiocy. Work with us for a solution instead of "slinging mud". AMERICA is derived from all of us and too many of us don't have good insurance; if any.

In response to Imeoriole's comment about professional staff
earn big salaries; not true. Upper management does - outrageous amounts. Some professional staff, i.e. managers and heads of technology groups earn big salaries. The vast majority of professional staff make 78% of the going rate. UCSB is the second lowest paid UC
campus in one of the most expensive areas to live.
