I have been to dinner there twice. See all the empty tables at the back of his picture? That's pretty much the way it was both times. No wonder 3 oz of meat cost $100. Gotta pay the rent.

An office visit is not over when the patient leaves the office. The doctor must then document the visit. Sometimes this documentation time equals the actual face-to-face time.

Mental Health holds, must be for at least one of the following conditions:
Danger to self
Danger to others
Gravely disabled (unable to care for self)
Possible period of time for each consecutive hold
5150 hold = 72 hrs
5250 hold = 14 days
5270 hold = 30 days
Every person on an involuntary hold has access to a patient's rights representative and a public defender if they choose to file a writ of habeus corpus to fight the hold in court.
A person can be denied access to the phone for 24 hrs at a time only by order of the MD for situations in which they have misused the phone.
Examples of phone misuse are:
Repeatedly calling the 911 operator with false reports of fire, injury or delusional content.
Harassment of or threats to family, private persons or officials in the community.
Physical damage to the phone equipment.

Sentences to jail expire on the first minute of the day not at sun up.
The jail has not legal right to keep the inmates longer.
Tell it to the judge to change the sentences.
