Civility can ultimately be portrayed by keeping your nose out of someone else's business.

Abortion is the law of the lane. It is a personal decision.

Be civil and butt out, religious nuts.

I got soaked for 4 miles.

Reminds me of an old joke. Two old codgers out to eat in a restaurant complain about it.

1st codger: "this food is terrible."
2nd codger: "yes, and the servings are so small."

FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH: soy is nutritious food.

The PHF is not licensed as a detox facility nor can it be. In fact even writing detox protocols violates the PHF state license.

But that doesn't stop Emergency Rooms staff and law enforcement agencies from manipulating the system to force admission of inappropriate patients into the PHF by labeling them mentally ill when, in fact, the "mental illness" is crack/meth addiction, heroin/methadone/saboxone addiction or alcohol dependence/withdrawal.

These are medical issues and they need appropriate medical treatment.

The PHF is currently cutting down on expenses by replacing licensed staff with unlicensed staff. Your guess is as good as mine on what this will mean in the long term.

It won't change my usage. I use plastic grocery bags now for trash and kitty litter. I never have left over bags. I'll just have to buy them.
