    south over the region this weekend. The heaviest snow will be
    this morning with a second round tonight. Significant travel
    delays are expected.

    * WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Travel will be very difficult to
    impossible. Additional snow accumulations of 12 to 16 inches,
    with localized amounts up to 24 inches, are expected.

    * WHEN...Until 9 AM Sunday.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
    visibility at times.
