    FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE SANTA CLARITA AND
    ANTELOPE VALLEYS AS WELL AS THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOUNTAINS...
    .A hot and dry air mass will combine with gusty west and southwest
    winds through this evening to produce critical fire weather
    conditions across the Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys as well
    as the Los Angeles County Mountains.
    ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING
    FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE ANTELOPE VALLEY...
    * Winds...Southwest winds will increase to 15 to 30 mph with
    gusts to 40 mph on Monday morning and remain gusty through
    Monday evening. Winds may be locally stronger near the
    foothills of the Antelope Valley.
    * Relative Humidity...Humidities will fall to generally between
    3 to 10 percent on Monday and remain below critical humidity
    through Monday evening.
    * Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable
    for extreme fire behavior which would threaten life and
    property.
