    THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING ABOVE 7000 FEET...
    * WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Travel will be very difficult to
    impossible. Tree branches could fall as well. Total snow
    accumulations of 10 to 20 inches, with localized amounts up to
    3 feet along the crest in the Sierra Nevada, 5 to 10 inches in
    the White Mountains.
    * WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes and White Mountains of Inyo
    County.
    * WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
    possible. Mountain passes will become dangerous to travel
    through with slick and snow covered roads.
