    Valley, El Centro, and Blythe. Southwest Arizona including the
    cities of Parker, Ehrenberg, Yuma, Fortuna Foothills, Brenda,
    Quartzsite, Vicksburg, and Salome.
    * TEMPERATURE...Highs of 108 to 114 degrees.
    * IMPACTS...If precautions are not taken, prolonged exposure to
    the heat may cause heat exhaustion.
