    WATCH FOR STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND HIGH TO VERY HIGH
    FIRE DANGER...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
    MONDAY EVENING.
    * AFFECTED AREA...IN ARIZONA...YUMA/MARTINEZ LAKE AND
    VICINITY/LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY AZ...SOUTH-CENTRAL AND
    SOUTHWEST DESERTS AND SOUTHERN GILA COUNTY/TONTO NATIONAL
    FOREST FOOTHILLS. IN CALIFORNIA...LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY
    CA.
    * WINDS...WEST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
    * TIMING...MID AFTERNOON MONDAY THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.
    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT.
    * IMPACTS...RED FLAG CRITERIA ARE MOST LIKELY TO BE MET OVER YUMA AND
    LA PAZ COUNTY AS WELL AS THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY.
    CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED TO BE A BIT MORE BORDERLINE FURTHER EAST
    BUT STILL SIGNIFICANTLY WINDY AND DRY.
