    ...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
    TUESDAY MORNING...
    The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Wind
    Advisory...which is in effect from 2 AM to 1 PM PDT Monday.
    * Winds...North 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph late tonight
    through Monday morning. Winds will lower slightly Monday
    afternoon then diminish Monday night.
    * Locations in the Wind Advisory include...Higher terrain in
    eastern Lake County, including portions of highway 140 east of
    Lakeview and highway 395 northeast of Valley Falls, and the
    Warner Mountains in Modoc County, including highway 299 near
    Cedar Pass.
    * Impacts of strong winds...Strong winds will make driving
    difficult on area roadways. Unsecured objects may be damaged or
    lost.
    * Temperatures...Lows in the upper 20s to low 30s are possible
    Monday night and Tuesday morning.
    * Locations in the Freeze Watch include...Silver Lake...Fort Rock
    and higher terrain in Lake and Modoc counties.
    * Impacts of freezing conditions...Sensitive vegetation may be
    damaged or killed if left unprotected.

    Precautionary/preparedness actions...
    A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
    These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
    A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected with
    higher gusts possible. Winds this strong can make driving
    difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra
    caution.
