    HIGHER MOUNTAINS. THIS SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BE WET AND HEAVY AND
    OCCASIONALLY ACCOMPANIED BY STRONG WINDS. THERE IS ALSO THE
    POTENTIAL FOR FREEZING RAIN IN EAST SIDE VALLEYS LATE TONIGHT
    INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
    ...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH
    SATURDAY MORNING...
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.
    * WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS 60 MPH.
    * ELEVATION...ABOVE 5000 FEET.
    * TIMING...THIS EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
    * LOCATIONS INCLUDE...PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 140 BETWEEN BLY AND
    LAKEVIEW...THE WARNER MOUNTAINS...AND WINTER RIM.
    * IMPACTS...NEW SNOWFALL AND STRONG WINDS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES
    TO A HALF OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. ALSO...A PERIOD OF
    FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY
