    .A MOIST AND UNSEASONABLY COLD LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO
    SPIN OVER THE AREA AND WILL PRODUCE IMPACTING SNOWFALL ABOVE 5500
    FEET THROUGH MID-MORNING. WARM ROAD SURFACES WILL RESULT IN
    MOSTLY SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS ON ROADWAYS BELOW 6000 FEET.
    ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS
    MORNING ABOVE 5500 FEET...
    * ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES OF
    SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH MID-MORNING.
    * ELEVATION...SNOW MAY ACCUMULATE AS LOW AS 5000 FEET AT TIMES...
    BUT MOST OF THE ACCUMULATION WILL BE ABOVE 5500 FEET.
    * TIMING...PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID-MORNING AND
    THEN DIMINISH.
    * LOCATIONS INCLUDE...THE MOUNTAINS OF EASTERN KLAMATH AND WESTERN
    LAKE COUNTIES INCLUDING WINTER RIM AS WELL AS THE WARNER
    MOUNTAINS.
    * IMPACTS...THIS SNOWFALL IN ADDITION TO SNOWFALL OVER THE LAST 24
    HOURS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT IN THE ADVISORY AREA...MOSTLY
    OFF OF ROADWAYS. COLD AND WET CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO
    THOSE UNPREPARED. DAMAGE TO TREES AND FOLIAGE WITH LEAVES IS
    POSSIBLE... WHICH COULD AFFECT POWER LINES.
