    SATURDAY...
    * WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Periods of blizzard conditions
    through midday today. Strong winds will cause whiteout
    conditions in blowing and drifting snow. From Highway 395
    westward, additional snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches with
    localized amounts up to 2 feet near the Sierra crest. East of
    Highway 395, additional accumulations of 2 to 5 inches with
    localized amounts up to 8 inches.
    * WHERE...Mono County.
    * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 AM PST Saturday.
    For the Blizzard Warning, until 1 PM PST this afternoon.
    Heaviest snowfall rates expected through noon today.
    * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very dangerous to impossible
    especially through midday today, with difficult travel
    conditions and periods of reduced visibility continuing through
    Saturday morning. Damage to trees and power lines is possible.
