    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RENO HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
    WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST MONDAY. THE WINTER
    WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
    * TIMING: SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING WITH PERIODS OF
    MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: WEST OF HIGHWAY 395...6 TO 12 INCHES. ALONG
    AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 395...3 TO 6 INCHES. TO THE EAST IN MINERAL
    AND LYON COUNTY TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL REACH 4 TO 8 INCHES.
    * WINDS: NORTH WINDS 10 TO 15 MPH INCREASING 15 TO 25 MPH AFTER
    MIDNIGHT TONIGHT WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH. SIERRA RIDGES
    GUSTING UP TO 75 MPH TONIGHT.
    * IMPACTS: EXPECT SLICK AND SNOW COVERED ROADS TONIGHT. THIS
    INCLUDES HIGHWAYS 395...6 AND 95. STRONG WINDS AND SNOW WILL
    CREATE NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES.
