    * WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.
    HIGHER GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE IN WIND PRONE AREAS.
    * IMPACTS: HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD AVOID WIND PRONE AREAS
    SUCH AS HIGHWAY 395 FROM SUSANVILLE TO DOYLE...AND
    INTERSTATE 580 THROUGH WASHOE VALLEY. THESE WINDS WILL ALSO
    PRODUCE SEVERE TURBULENCE FOR AIRCRAFT FLYING THROUGH THE
    REGION.
